ORDER PROCESSING
How long does it take to process my order?
Every item from Lovers Print Shop is printed to order, which means we make it just for you. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During launches, holidays, or busy seasons it may take a little longer. Good things take time… and also ink, patience, and occasionally snacks.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can watch your package travel across the country like a tiny adventure.

LOCAL PICKUP
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes we do.
If you’re in the Oklahoma City area, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout and skip the shipping fee.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a message with pickup instructions. No treasure map required, but we do appreciate a smooth pickup process.

SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be sure to monitor your tracking for updates on your delivery.
Lovers Print Shop is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as a defect or error on our end), please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right with care and consideration.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, the responsibility falls with the shipping carrier.
We carefully package each order before it leaves our hands, but once the carrier takes over, they’re in charge of the journey.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the item immediately and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If you need documentation from us to help with your claim, we’re happy to assist.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lovers Print Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order and make sure packages can be delivered safely.
We wish we had teleportation powers for packages, but until then we rely on the shipping carriers.

SIZING
How do I know what size to order?
Most of our apparel is unisex sizing. We recommend checking the size chart listed on each product page before placing your order.
If you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to size down.
When in doubt, the size chart is your best friend. Guessing is usually not the move.
